Omelette with mushrooms

1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp butter 1 pk onion 200 g fresh mushrooms a little salt a little ground black pepper 8 pk egg 3 tbsp milk 4 tbsp chopped parsley
procedure

Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until all the water has evaporated. Season them lightly with salt and pepper.

Pour the mushrooms over the eggs beaten with milk. Fry the omelette on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished omelette with parsley. Serve with bread or vegetable salad.
