Omelette with morels

Dews grow from spring, mostly in the bark of trees. They taste delicious and are great in a variety of mixtures, stuffed alone ….

Ingredients:

150 g of morels 3 pcs tomatoes 3 pcs

td>eggs

1 pcs onions 1 tbsp of Parmesan ground red pepper chopped parsley parsley butter pepper salt

Procedure:

Slice the carrots in half lengthwise, remove any dirt that tends to be inside the fruit, slice the tomatoes, and cut the onions into strips

.Melt the butter in a pan, add the tomatoes, onions, morels, salt and pepper, simmer until soft

Pour the mixture over the eggs, sprinkle with paprika and pepper, let the eggs set

Finally sprinkle with chopped herbs and parmesan shavings.

Recommendation:

Serve with bread or pastries.
