Omelette with ham

Simple recipe for egg omelette baked with ham cubes.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut ham into cubes and place in a pan with melted lard
2. Add two eggs beaten with a fork, add salt and mix
3. Let it bake on low heat until the eggs are set, then turn the omelette whole onto a plate.
Recommendation:
A suitable side dish is fresh bread or boiled potatoes.
