Omelette with bacon and mushrooms

Egg omelettes filled with sauteed mushroom mixture.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the bacon into cubes, let it brown
2. Add peeled, finely chopped onion, let it fry
3. Stir in sliced, cleaned, washed and thoroughly drained mushrooms, fry them
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper
5. Whisk the eggs with salt and milk and fry them in oil on both sides
6. Fill the omelettes with the sautéed mushroom mixture, roll and serve immediately.
