Omelette of eggs and salami

Recipe for two people for a savoury egg omelette with sausage.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Brown the thinly sliced salami on both sides in oil
2. Whisk the eggs with salt, pour into the greased, heated pan with the salami and fry two omelettes at a time
3. Fold the finished omelettes in half, garnish the surface with tomato slices, which can be sprinkled with a little lemon and serve immediately, preferably with fresh savoury bread.
