Here is the recipe for Aligot à l’ancienne Légère, a delicious traditional dish based on a mixture of mashed potatoes and fresh tome, very easy to make to accompany meat or Vegetable Recipes.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 10 Sp / person –
600 g potatoes 250 ml skim milk 200 g fresh tome 3 cloves of garlic salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces then cook them in salted water.
Drain the potatoes then in a saucepan mash them with a fork with the garlic and add the boiling milk.
Then add the fresh tome and put the saucepan on the fire for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring to melt the cheese.
Then to serve, lift a large ribbon of aligot, cut it with a scissors and place on a plate.
