Old Bohemian Pork Slices on Beer

Marinated slices of pork neck roasted on roasted Vegetable Recipes, baked in the oven until tender, covered with beer.

Procedure:
1. Whisk the coarse grain mustard, oil and Old Bohemian spices with a whisk to make a compact marinade
2. Brush the slices of meat with salt and pepper, rub the resulting marinade over the slices of meat, you can let them rest, but you don’t have to
3. Cut the onions, carrots and celery into very small cubes, heat the lard in a baking dish and fry the Vegetable Recipes in it until brown
4. Sprinkle the meat slices with flour on both sides and put them with the Vegetable Recipes, let them roast on both sides until the water is dry, pour the beer over the meat and put the baking dish in the oven
5. At just under 200 °C, until the meat from the leg is tender, check the thickness of the fat from time to time, if so pour beer, water or broth (the smooth flour used to coat the meat will thicken the juice nicely).
Recommendation:
Potato dumplings were an excellent accompaniment to this meat.
