42 g yeast 200 ml milk 150 g powdered sugar 250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g plain flour 100 g butter 1 pk egg 2 pk egg yolk 1 pk vanilla sugar pk salt 1/2 pk nutmeg 100 g raisins 50 g almonds pk oil
procedure
1.
In a bowl, crumble the yeast, add a little lukewarm milk and a tablespoon of sugar. Stir and let the leaven form.
2.
Place the flour in another bowl, pour in the melted butter, add 2 egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and grated nutmeg. Pour the leaven into the bowl and add the remaining milk. Stir everything until it sticks to the spoon.
3.
Soak the raisins in hot water for a few minutes and stir into the batter along with the almonds. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place. Divide the risen dough into nine parts. Knit the bottom part of 4 parts, the middle part of 3 parts and the top part of 2 parts.
4.
Brush the dough with egg wash and place it on a greased baking sheet and let it rise a little more. Finally, bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
