Old Bohemian Blackened Carp

Caper prepared “in black”, i.e. cooked with root Vegetable Recipes and other ingredients.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Kill the carp, catch the blood in a container, remove the guts and rinse the carp with vinegar
2. Cut the fish, add salt and let it rest for a while
3. Fry the chopped Vegetable Recipes and onion in lard, add the spices, washed lemon peel, pour half a litre of hot water and salt
4. Carefully remove the cooked portions and transfer them to another container, add grated gingerbread, black beer, plum pudding or prunes, carp blood with vinegar and boil everything thoroughly
6. Season the boiled sauce with red wine, sugar, lemon juice and strain it through a fine sieve onto the carp meat
7. Finally, add washed raisins and steamed, peeled and sliced almonds.
