Oat pancakes with protein

200 g Instant oatmeal 50 g protein powder 2 pcs egg 400 ml milk coconut oil 1 pcs banana 150 g Soft non-fat cottage cheese 1 KL honey

Sweet dish without unnecessary sugar and fat, rich in protein (80 g protein in the whole meal). Mix instant oatmeal, protein powder, eggs and milk. Blend until smooth and lump-free, you can use a hand blender. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, make the filling. Mix the cottage cheese with the banana, either with a mixer, but I do it with a fork because that way you will have banana chunks left in the filling. Then add the honey and mix. 3. Then use the mixture to cook the pancakes on both sides, ideally in a little coconut oil. 4. Layer the filling between the pancakes. 5. Finally, slice. Enjoy.
