Cesto:
400 g flour 4 pcs egg
Filling:
1 cup ricotta cheese 2 cups chopped nuts 2 tbsp powdered sugar

1. Sift the flour onto a kitchen board, make a well in the flour and break the eggs into it. Make a smooth dough that will not stick. Roll out the finished dough to about 3 mm. 2. Meanwhile, mix the cheese, icing sugar and chopped nuts in a bowl. Cut the finished dough into squares, spoon a tablespoon of nut filling into each square and shape the dough into balls. 3. Cook them in boiling slightly salted water. When they are done they will float to the surface.
