Normandy Fish Soup

Crack and a piece of crawfish in vegetable broth.

1. Pour cold water over cod, crawfish (cottage), Vegetable Recipes, spices, herbs, wine and salt, bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes

Recommendation:
The soup can be softened with 2 egg yolks dissolved in two tablespoons of water.
