200 g wide noodles 1 pinch salt a little oil 150 ml tomato puree 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp fresh herbs for garnish
procedure
1. Cook the noodles in salted salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain, drain and drizzle with oil. 2. In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion and the crushed garlic in hot oil. Add the tomato puree, season with salt and pepper and pour this sauce over the pasta. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
