Noodle stir-fry is a quick meal for everyday life. In this recipe, it’s made with pork, cabbage and, of course, noodles. Thanks to its tasty sauce, it has a nice tangy and sweet flavour.
Ingredients for four
300g pork tenderloin 200g savoy cabbage or white cabbage 3 tbsp rapeseed oil 1 lime 200g noodles 2 dl apple juice
Seasonings
3 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp soy 1 tsp sesame seeds 3 tsp chillies to taste 1 tbsp brown sugar
Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Boil the noodles according to the instructions.
Add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil to the wok and add the pork. Fry until brown.
Season with the spices provided. Slit and squeeze the lime juice into the wok and quickly fry the pork until cooked through.
Meanwhile, stir-fry the cabbage in a matchstick size pan and add to the pan. Add a couple of tablespoons of apple juice. Fry for five minutes over a high heat until the cabbage softens slightly. Finally, add the cooked noodles and stir the noodle stir-fry into the noodle soup.
