8 pcs hard boiled egg 20 dkg Nitran salami 20 dkg hard cheese 250 g spread butter 5 pcs chilli pepper 1 tbsp vegeta 1 tbsp chives dried

Grind 8 hard boiled eggs, add 20 deca of finely chopped or grated Nitran, 20 deca of grated hard cheese, 250 g of spreadable butter, season with veggies, chopped dried chives and chillies. The amount of chillies depends on the degree of hotness of the spread.

Stir everything well, fill the cups and store in the refrigerator. Instead of cheese, I tried grating smoked Tofu. The spread was yummier, but a little harder to spread and crumbled, so I added a tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil. It tastes best on fresh, wheat-rye-peanut black bread… 🙂
