A funny appetizer for the New Year’s Eve table from Mr. Marounk. Grated cheese mixed with sauteed mushrooms, shaped like a mushroom, decorated and served with white bread. A great recipe not only for passionate mushroom pickers.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Saute the mushrooms in a tablespoon of butter and let them cool, then chop them finely
2. Grate the cheese, mix it with the cottage cheese and butter, stir in the chopped mushrooms, pepper, salt and let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours
3. Shape the mixture into a mushroom shape, coat the hat with chilli spices
4. Sit the mushroom on a plate and decorate further according to taste and imagination
5. Place on sliced lids and wash down with a good quality drink.
