New Year’s Eve Goulash Soup

Soup of beef, peppers, spices, onions and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. In a casserole, fry the peeled finely chopped onions in hot lard until golden brown
2. Rinse the cleaned beef, dry it, cut it into cubes, put it in the casserole with the onions and fry it on all sides, add the ground paprika, cumin, puree, peeled finely chopped garlic cloves, bay leaves, salt, pepper, pour in the broth and simmer, covered, on low heat until almost tender (about 60 minutes)
3. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, clean the peppers and chilli peppers and cut into noodles
4. Grate the bread and add it to the soup with the potatoes, peppers and chilli peppers and simmer until tender (about 15 minutes)
5. Finally, add finely chopped parsley, marjoram and season with salt and pepper.
