New Year’s cabbage soup

Great lunch soup after a busy New Year’s Eve.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a large pot, fry finely chopped onion in oil or fat, sprinkle red pepper and immediately pour water
2. Remove the pickled cabbage from the brine, cut and add to the pot
3. Season with bouillon cubes, bay leaves, allspice, peppercorns and cumin and bring the soup to the boil
4. Boil for about 20 minutes
5. Boil the peeled and diced potatoes separately
6. Cut the sausages into rounds, the bacon and smoked roll into cubes and fry everything in a little oil
7. Finally, add the browned meat to the cooked cabbage soup and let it simmer for a while
8. Stir the flour into the cream and thicken the soup with it
9. Let it cook for a while and then season the cabbage soup with ground pepper, salt and crushed garlic

Recommendation:
It is best to cook the soup a day or two in advance, you will not have time for it on New Year’s Eve.
