Excellent side dish for anything. Also to other side dish.

Cut the cleaned celery and potatoes into small pieces and boil in salted water. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, drain them, pour them into a blender, add butter and fresh nettle leaves, I also added dandelion leaves, spices and blend until smooth.

We have some small torn pieces of nettles left in a smooth puree. The taste surprised us. It was sour, fresh and went well with celery fries with yogurt sauce and garlic.
