Sour potato soup

2 pcs large potato 1 handful of dried mushrooms 2 pcs bay leaf 1 KL salt 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp vinegar
I love simple soups. One of them is potato soup with dried mushrooms. 1. Cut the cleaned potatoes into cubes. 2. Put them to boil in water, add salt and bay leaf. 3. Add the mushrooms. 4. Before boiling, mix sour cream with plain flour, be careful with it, because some of the potatoes will boil and the soup will thicken. 5. Finish the soup by pouring the cream into the pot and letting it boil. When the soup has cooled a little, add the vinegar for flavour. Serve with fresh bread. Bon appetit.
