Italian Potato Salad II

Salad of boiled potatoes seasoned with mayonnaise, yoghurt, sun-dried tomatoes and chopped parsley.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the potatoes in their skins in boiling salted water until tender, drain them, peel them while still warm and cut them into smaller cubes
2. In a bowl mix white yoghurt with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add dried tomatoes cut into thin slices, finely chopped parsley and mix everything together
3.
Recommendation:
Serve the salad well chilled.
