Gardening goulash

3 pcs onion 3 tbsp lard 600 g beef 2 tsp ground sweet paprika to taste salt 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tbsp plain flour 200 g root Vegetable Recipes 1/2 tsp marjoram 3 cloves garlic a little cream a little starch meal
procedure

Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard. Add the cubed meat and fry, stirring constantly, until the meat is dark and the juices have evaporated completely.

Remove the meat from the stove, add the ground paprika, stir and immediately pour a little hot water over it. Put the pot back on the stove, add salt, cumin and simmer at a moderate temperature under a lid until almost tender.

Let the juice evaporate completely, dust with flour, fry briefly, cover with water and add the chopped Vegetable Recipes to the almost tender meat and simmer until tender. Season the meat with marjoram and garlic rubbed with a little salt and simmer briefly.

Soften the juice with cream thickened with starch flour.
