Mushrooms with mozzarella and bacon

Mushrooms rubbed with garlic, covered with cheese and bacon, grilled in foil.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the mushrooms and cut off the legs
2. Peel and finely chop or mince the garlic cloves
3. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices
4. Place the mushroom caps in an aluminum foil grill dish, sprinkle or rub with garlic, salt, pepper, top with sliced mozzarella and bacon slices
5. Cover the bowl with foil, place on the grill, uncover the mushrooms after 5 minutes of grilling and let them grill for another 5-7 minutes.
Recommendation:
Instead of mozzarella, you can try another type of cheese – smoked parenica or goat cheese.
