1 kg mushrooms 200 g chillies 2 pcs onions 120 ml oil 100 ml vinegar 1 pcs ketchup 80 g sugar 20 g salt
procedure
1. Boil the mushrooms in salted water for a while. Drain them and let them drain. Meanwhile, mix the ketchup, vinegar, oil, sugar and salt in a bowl. 2. Place the mushrooms, onion pieces and chillies in clean glass jars. Pour the finished marinade over the entire mixture and sterilise at 85°C for approximately 30 minutes.
