3/4 kg mushrooms 50 g butter 1/2 KL sugar 2 tbsp starch flour 2 tbsp soy sauce

1. Slice the mushrooms and sauté in butter until soft. 2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the mushrooms and stir. Finally, stir in the soy sauce, sugar and starch meal mixture.
