Mushrooms baked with potatoes

a little butter to grease the mould 750 g potatoes 400 g fresh mushrooms 1 pk onion 3 cloves garlic a little salt a little ground black pepper 200 ml 12% sweet cream 2 pk egg 100 ml broth a little grated nutmeg a little chopped parsley

1.
Place some of the peeled and sliced potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Place a layer of sliced mushrooms on top of them and sprinkle with a little finely chopped onion and garlic.

Slightly salt and pepper. The next layer is again made up of sliced potatoes. Alternate layers until all ingredients are used up.

Cover the top with cream beaten with eggs, broth, nutmeg and sprinkle with parsley. Bake in a medium oven until the potatoes are tender and a golden crust has formed.
