60 dkg mushrooms 8 dkg oil 2 dl sour cream 3 dkg breadcrumbs to taste salt, lemon juice
procedure
Cut the cleaned and washed mushrooms and simmer in half of the oil with salt and lemon juice. Grease a fireproof dish well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, place the stewed mushrooms, pour over the cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with the other half of the oil and roast in the oven.
