With a mushroom friend, all you need is some accordion music to accompany your steak. That’s how lähellä Parisian bistros are. The horseradish root gives the recipe a point for the pasta.
Ingredients for four
6 large and plump mushrooms; 1 tablespoon of olive oil; 100g cream cheese 1 teaspoon horseradish paste 1 dl cream generously black pepper salt to taste
Prepare the mushrooms; remove the dried part of the stalk and cut into thin slices.
In a frying pan, place the mushrooms on a wire rack. Spoon the olive oil into the pan and add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for a few minutes until the mushrooms have shrunk a little and have a nice browning. Spoon the cream into the saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir the cream cheese and horseradish into the mushrooms and serve immediately, even as an accompaniment to steak.
