Mushroom Toast

Dough bread with mushroom mixture and cheese.

Ingredients:

10 pieces of toasted bread 1 pcs of fresh peppers 400 g mushrooms 150 g mushrooms cheese (sliced) 40 g butter 40 g oil

1 tsp ground paprika salt

Procedure:

1. Spread the toasted bread on a baking tray greased with oil and lightly fry on both sides in a hot oven
2. Cover the toast with the mushroom mixture, cleaned and sliced peppers, strips of cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese starts to melt, serve immediately.
