40 g lard 40 g onion 100 g fresh mushrooms 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 120 g potato 1 KL ground red pepper 1.5 litres water to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and simmer slowly. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into cubes, and the potatoes as well, add to the mushrooms and simmer together. 2. Then add the ground paprika, stir, pour hot water, salt, pepper and cook until soft.
