Mushroom soup with minced mushrooms

50 g fresh mushrooms 1/2 tbsp lard 1 tbsp plain flour 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic a little minced red pepper a little ground black pepper 200 g potatoes 100 g potatoes 100 g coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt 1 pk carrots a little parsley
step
1. Put the washed fresh chopped mushrooms in cold salted water and boil. When the mushrooms are semi-soft add the chopped potatoes. When the potatoes are cooked until soft add the mash, ground black pepper, salt, diced carrots and boil together. 2. Prepare the roux by frying the grated onion, crushed garlic, dry roasted plain flour in lard. Add the ground red pepper, pour a little cold water and mix to a smooth paste. 3. Meanwhile, make a stiff dough from the egg, flour and salt, which you grate on a grater and immediately boil in the hot soup. Finally, add the chopped parsley.
