1 pk round bread 200 g fresh mushrooms 3 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 2 dl meat broth to taste salt a little ground nutmeg 2 tbsp sour cream
procedure
1. Cut the top off the bread and hollow out the crumb. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil, add the sliced mushrooms and fry together. Add a little water and salt to taste. Then blend the mushrooms and return them to the pot. 3. Add the crushed garlic to the pot and pour in the stock. Add half of the dried cloves, nutmeg and bring to the boil. If the soup is too thick, we can dilute with water. 4. Pour the finished soup into the hollowed out bread and add the sour cream.
