Mushroom lovers will find this dish to their liking. Aromatic warming soup.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into smaller pieces. Set a few of them aside whole.

Clean the garlic, chop finely. Fry the sliced mushrooms with the garlic in oil and cover with water. Clean the potato and grate into the soup. Season and cook until tender.

In the meantime, slice the mushrooms that we have kept aside and fry in butter and season. We put these up to the plate.

Mix the soup with an immersion blender and soften with cream. Finally, add the chopped parsley.
