In the lard fry the chopped onion, add the chopped mushrooms, pepper, a little water and simmer. Fry the rice in lard, pour water, salt and stew. Before the mushrooms are done, add the chopped peppers and finish stewing. Mix the rice with the mushrooms. Garnish with chopped parsley.
