40 g pork lard 30 g onion 80 g mushrooms 1/4 kg rice to taste salt 80 g parmesan

1. In a frying pan, saute finely chopped onion, mushrooms in lard, add washed rice, twice as much stock (water), salt and put covered in the oven to simmer. 2. Sprinkle the smothered risotto with grated Parmesan cheese.
