1 cup sterilised mushrooms 4 pcs egg 150 g Gouda cheese 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper

1. Put the eggs in a bowl, season them with salt, add the milk and stir the mixture. Finally, stir in the plain flour as needed and let the dough rest for 20 minutes before baking. 2. Pour the batter into the pan and toast it for about 2 minutes. When the pancake comes off, flip it over and crack an egg onto it. Season with salt and pepper, add the mushrooms and diced cheese. Turn the pancake and serve immediately.
