Mushroom pancakes

600 g potato 80 g butter 200 g mushrooms 150 g smoked meat 50 g leek 3 cloves garlic 2 pcs egg 1 pinch marjoram 1 tbsp vegeta a little plain flour for coating a little oil for frying to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Clean the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them soft in salted water. Drain them, add the butter and mash them. 2. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into smaller pieces and fry them in a pan in the remaining butter. Add the diced smoked meat, chopped leeks, crushed garlic. After 2 minutes, set the mixture aside and stir in the mashed potatoes. 3. Stir the eggs, marjoram, vegeta, salt and pepper into the slightly cooled mixture. Shape the mixture into patties, coat in flour and fry in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides.
