Mushroom goulash
ingredients
2 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 50 g bacon 1 pk celery 1 pk carrots 600 g mushrooms (mushrooms, porcini, oak) 750 g potatoes 2 cubes Podravka beef broth 100 ml Podravka passionate tomatoes 2 tsp flour 2 cloves garlic 1 pk chilli pepper pk parsley pk bay leaf pk salt

The mushroom stew complemented with bacon and passé tomatoes will give you a feast not only for your eyes, but also for your taste buds.
1.
Shortly fry finely chopped onion, bacon chopped into smaller pieces, carrots and diced celery in oil.

Add the cleaned mushrooms, diced potatoes and bay leaves.

Salt, stir, pour hot water so that all ingredients in the pot are covered. Add Podravka broth and cook over medium heat for about 15 – 20 minutes.

Add the Podravka Passion Tomatoes, flour, crushed garlic, chopped chillies and cook for another 5 minutes.

Salt as needed, add a little more water and boil.
6.
Serve.
