Mushroom cream soup

250 g frozen mushrooms 1 pk white onion 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp oil 2 pk potatoes 200 ml broth to taste ground black pepper to taste salt a little chopped chives 4 pk bun a little grated cheese

1.
Slice the top of the breadcrumbs, hollow out the crumb so that there is about a 1 cm thick edge. Cut the crumb and leave to dry.

Fry the onion in the oil, add the sliced mushrooms and fry briefly. Cover with water, add the cleaned sliced potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.

Mix the cooked ingredients, add the cleaned and pressed garlic, half of the crumbs and add the broth. Simmer briefly, stirring occasionally. Pour the soup into the prepared buns, sprinkle with grated cheese and chives.
