Mushroom aspic

Do you have a surplus of mushrooms in sweet and sour brine? Then try the mushroom aspic according to this proven recipe!

Ingredients:

250 g mushrooms marinated in sweet and sour brine 100 g 1 bag of jellies 2 pcs of sweet and sour pickles 2 pcs boiled eggs 1 pcs red peppers pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Drain the mushrooms from the brine, rinse them so they are not slimy, then mix them with chopped peppers, sweet and sour cucumber and ham 2. Pour the mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes into bowls, pour the gelatine, finally put the chopped eggs, let them harden in the fridge

Recommendation:

We can drizzle with vinegar, sprinkle with chopped onion.
