Mushroom and potato fry-up

If you don’t have time or simply don’t feel like cooking for long today, we recommend this mushroom and potato pan. The preparation is quite simple and the result is very satisfying. This pan is well flavored but basic, add cream or Skyr if you want to enrich it.

Ingredients for 2 parts:
6 SP – Green / 6 SP – Blue / 3 SP – Purple
300 g mushrooms 300 g potatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 fat-free stock cube A little chopped parsley A little rosemary Salt and pepper
Preparation of the mushroom and potato pan:
Start by washing the potatoes well, then put them to cook in boiling salted water then peel them and cut them into pieces.
Clean the mushrooms well in turn, then cut them into pieces. Put some olive oil in a frying pan and add the mushroom pieces to it.
Add the potato pieces to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes, then add the stock cube, parsley and rosemary and then adjust the seasoning.
Finally serve your Mushroom and Potato Pan Fry hot. Pair it with a meat dish and a salad for a complete, Weight Watchers-compatible meal.
