Hello, I want to share with you a recipe I’ve been baking for a long time. These are mug muffins. In the picture you can see vanilla, chocolate and also cinnamon. They are very easy and especially quick. Hopefully you will like them as much as I do ❤️

In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt) . If you only have plain flour, nothing happens. You can put that too. Add milk, eggs, oil and mix well. It will form a thin dough.

For vanilla muffins – add a teaspoon of vanilla or half a bag of vanilla sugar.

For cinnamon muffins – add half a bag of cinnamon sugar

For cocoa muffins – add one to two aligned tablespoons of cocoa powder. Try one at first, then add more if necessary. It all depends on how big a mug you use.

You can easily fill the cupcakes only halfway with batter and add a little bit of chocolate. If you want the muffins to hold their shape nicely, either use silicone cupcake liners or get more paper cupcakes, e.g. in groups of 4, to make a sturdier mould.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Decorate with whipped cream or custard afterwards. ✨Good taste✨
