Chocolate mousse according to this French recipe is served as a dessert, for example, with whipped cream and well chilled.

Procedure:
Pour milk into a suitable saucepan, heat to boiling point on a heat source, but do not boil further!
Place the chocolate cubes in the milk, stir occasionally, let the chocolate melt
.Whisk the egg yolks into the melted chocolate in the milk, then pour into a larger bowl, let rest for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Whisk the egg whites into the snow, just before the snow sets completely, incorporate the sugar
In batches, carefully stir the sweet egg white snow into the chocolate
Divide the smooth chocolate mousse into bowls (glasses or cups), refrigerate for at least 4 hours to chill and set
Finally decorate individual portions with whipped cream, almonds, nuts, fruit…
