4 servings 1 onion salt 2 pieces of eidam cheese -soaked flour ground hot pepper -according to your preference 4 pork cutlets -more 2 pcs. Salt and pepper the surface of the meat and the pocket. Then place thin slices of Moravian sausage, half an egg, a few thin onion rings, half a teaspoon of mustard, a hot pepper and half a slice of cheese into the pocket. Sew the pocket with rubber bands to prevent the filling from escaping.
