250 g celery 30 g lard 30 g plain flour 80 g bread 10 g lard 2 dl milk to taste salt

Fry the chopped celery in lard, dust with flour, add salt, water and boil. Mix everything and add milk. Fry the sliced bread in the lard and add to the soup when serving.
