Minispies with Herb Dip

From finely minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices formed balls fried in oil, cooled served on a toothpick or skewer with peppers, cucumber and onion.

Procedure:
1. Stir the minced meat with the egg, add breadcrumbs as needed and season with ground pepper, salt, oregano
2. Mix the mixture well and form balls
3. Slowly fry the prepared balls in hot oil until golden brown, then place them on a paper towel to drain excess fat and let them cool
4. Wash the peppers, clean them and cut them into triangles
5. Cut the onions in half and the cucumbers into rounds
6: Mix the yoghurt with the meadowsweet and chopped herbs, season with ground white pepper and salt.
