Meat patties fried in a pan, served in a bun garnished with other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix the minced meat with the mincemeat seasoning mixture, work everything thoroughly with your hands until the meat comes together in a smooth mass, then dip your hands in cold water and form small patties
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat patties for about 3 minutes on each side
3. Heat the mushrooms in the oven, slice them horizontally while still warm, place a lettuce leaf, meat patty, slice of cheese, a tomato wheel and a piece of pepper on the bottom
4. Then drizzle with ketchup, cover with the other part of the bun, skewer and serve.
Recommendation:
Hamburgers can also be topped with various dressings.
Note:
Adjust the size of the meat patties to the size of the buns.
