200 ml milk 100 ml water 500 g semi-coarse flour 60 g butter 1 packet dried yeast 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 KL salt Chia seeds

Delicious mini buns that you can fill to your liking.

Heat the milk a little, add water, sugar and butter. In another bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, one egg and progressively add the warmed milk mixture. Make a dough and let it rise.

From the risen dough, form walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with chia seeds.

Let them stand in a warm place for about 30 minutes and then bake them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Let the baked buns cool down.

Fill the baked buns to taste- I filled mine with cheese filling mixed with ham. You can also serve them as classic burgers with meat, cheese and tomato.
