Fantastic milk cuts with our favorite biscuit and mascarpone. The perfect easy yummy treat.
1.
Whisk the whole eggs. Add granulated sugar and mix until foamy. Add the granola, cocoa powder and then the milk powder. Stir to combine.
2.
Gradually add both the oil and the cup of milk. Stir to combine.
3.
Finally, stir in the plain flour and baking powder. Just mix briefly.
4.
Pour the prepared batter onto a baking sheet (35×25) lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You need to keep track.
5.
While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone and condensed milk. Pour in about 200ml whipping cream and stir. Add half a cup of milk powder. Stir. Add the remaining cream gradually to make the cream smooth.
6.
Cut the mila slices into smaller cubes and just lightly fold into the cream. The cubes can be larger so that they can be felt nicely in the cream as well.
7.
Pour hot coffee over the baked cake and leave to cool. Spread the prepared cream on the cooled cake, top with chocolate icing and let it set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
8.
Cut into slices, decorate with chopped chocolate, biscuits and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
