Microwave Scrambled Eggs

Almost all dishes can be prepared in the microwave. Try the recipe for scrambled eggs.

1. Put the eggs and milk in a bowl, season with pepper and salt
2. Whisk the mixture
3. Cook in the microwave, with the power reduced by about 50%, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes until desired thickness
4. Stir the eggs while they are cooking
5. Let the finished eggs rest for 1 minute, then divide them among plates and serve immediately with fresh bread, of course.
Recommendation:
When preparing a large number of eggs, increase the cooking time by 1/2 minute per egg.If you want to prepare scrambled eggs with ham or bacon, first put the sausage cubes in the pot and cook covered for 2 minutes, then add the eggs and continue as above.
